Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing or technical service experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of polymer processing and manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety, health and environmental culture and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams.
• Provide trial support, processing assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Deliver technical product recommendations and customer-facing support.
• Support new product development, formulation design and recipe development.
• Coordinate manufacturing improvements and process optimization.
• Evaluate materials and formulations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Lead regulatory documentation and sustainability-focused activities.
