Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing or technical service experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of polymer processing, product development, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical information to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support a workplace culture with a commitment to safety, health, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing trial support and guidance.
• Support new product development, formulation design, and recipe development activities with Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Maintain technical records and reports to support product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements.
