The overall responsibility of a Technical Service Engineer is to provide technical support to the sales team as part of Coastal Chemical’s \"Value Added\" Program (provide superior customer service and product quality to clients). Technical Service Engineers interact daily with clients and the sales team by phone, email, or personal site visits. When not working from a home-based office, 50+ % travel is anticipated to cover the West Texas sales territory.
