Job summary

Reedsy is seeking an experienced SEO leader to optimize content discoverability across traditional and AI search. You will head technical SEO for a seven-writer team, conducting audits of site architecture, crawling and indexation while driving new GEO/AEO strategies.

You’ll report on rankings, AI citations and CTR, and build AI-assisted workflows for content production and reporting, collaborating with engineering and editorial teams in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO and site architecture.
• Experience with GA, GSC, Ahrefs and similar tools for audits.
• Familiarity with AI search optimization and GEO/AEO concepts.
• Understanding of structured data (Schema.org) and modern web tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO for a team of writers.
• Perform technical SEO audits (architecture, crawling, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal links).
• Research, test and implement strategies to boost SEO and AI search visibility.
• Report rankings, AI citations, CTR and metrics with recommendations.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for content, SEO analysis and reporting.
