Job summary

MyAdvice is seeking a Technical Search Team Lead to guide our technical SEO function and lead a hands-on, high-performing team. You will oversee technical execution for multiple client accounts, collaborate on strategy calls, and mentor staff while advancing AI-driven workflows.

You will report to the Search Manager and help shape SEO input for content calendars and client education. A remote-friendly, hybrid workplace with an emphasis on learning and accountability is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical SEO experience, including strategy and hands-on implementation.
• Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members.
• Strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, site structure, schema, tracking, and site performance.
• Experience managing technical SEO work across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO work across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Join client calls to discuss reporting, expected results, and technical strategy.
• Manage technical SEO work for new and existing clients.
• Oversee onboarding, analytics setup, and tracking for new clients.
• Monitor campaign performance including traffic, rankings, leads and conversions.
• Track search algorithm changes and AI impact on search.
• Help the team adopt AI-supported workflows in SEO.
