Job summary

ReactSquad is seeking an experienced SEO professional to own end-to-end technical SEO, including audits, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals. You will also manage on-page and off-page SEO, overseeing keyword research, content optimization, and backlinks, with a focus on AI-driven search optimization (AEO/GEO).

You will lead the development of the SEO content strategy, targeting buyer-intent keywords and building topic clusters in collaboration with the content team, while tracking performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B experience in SEO/technical SEO or organic growth.
• Experience with AEO/GEO or content optimization for AI-driven search.
• Experience with Google and YouTube Search.
• SEO copywriting/content development and management.
• Strong command of technical SEO: schema, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and site structure.
• Proven ability to grow relevant organic traffic, not just total traffic.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, and SEO tooling such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO end-to-end: audits, site architecture, page speed and Core Web Vitals, schema/structured data, indexing, and internal linking.
• Own on-page and off-page SEO: keyword research, content writing, content optimization, and backlink strategy.
• Lead AEO/GEO optimization for AI-driven search.
• Develop and own the SEO content strategy: buyer-intent keyword targeting, comparison pages, and topic clusters with the content team.
• Track, report, and act on organic performance using GSC, GA4, and tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
