Job summary

Nextpower is seeking an experienced Power Conversion Program Manager to lead and coordinate the power conversion business acquired from APEX, integrating it into Nextpower’s portfolio. You will manage cross-functional programs spanning inverter and PCS product lines, align with leadership, and drive schedule, cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, product management, or operations leadership.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in power electronics, energy storage, solar, inverter/PCS equipment.
• Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing ramp, and cross-functional governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, budgets, and executive updates.
• Strong business acumen linking technical delivery to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for the power conversion business, including inverter and PCS product lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, service, finance, and operations.
• Support integration of APEX into Nextpower’s processes and product roadmap.
• Drive program plans, milestones, schedules, risks, actions, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Manage product commercialization activities including NPI, production ramp, and field readiness.
• Track roadmap execution and customer-specific requirements with Engineering and Product teams.
• Work with Manufacturing and Supply Chain on production readiness, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Establish regular reviews, dashboards, and executive updates for the power conversion business.
