Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a seasoned Power Conversion Program Manager to lead the power conversion business after the APEX acquisition. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and seamless integration into Nextpower’s roadmap.

You will drive program plans, milestones, and executive updates, while managing customer commitments and production ramp to support growth of inverter and PCS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, operations, or product management.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in power electronics or related industries.
• Strong governance, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across inverter and PCS product lines.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales activities.
• Drive program milestones, risks, actions, and executive reporting.
• Support integration of acquired businesses into Nextpower processes and roadmap.
• Track performance metrics including revenue readiness and delivery status.
