SigNoz is seeking a technically adept sales professional who will own deals from first conversation to customer success, conducting discovery, demos, and addressing complex technical queries. You'll partner with customer engineering to design instrumentation strategies and dashboards, assist with security and compliance reviews, and help scale the Sales/CS function as SigNoz grows globally.

Formación

2-6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex concepts clearly.
Solid understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and observability tooling.

Responsabilidades

Own deals from initial discovery through customer success, including demos and technical queries.
Collaborate with engineering teams to map instrumentation, dashboards, and integration needs.
Navigate security, finance, and legal evaluations during the sales process.
Help scale the Sales/CS function and contribute toward future leadership as the business grows.
