Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Sales Support to drive successful sales support and implementation of advanced logistics management solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate healthcare needs into technical requirements and lead complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring experience in large pharmacy operations, program management (PMP/agile), and strong facilitation skills to shape strategy and execution plans while mentoring teammates and expanding

Qualifications

BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance degree preferred.
Prior experience working in, or selling to, large pharmacy operations preferred, especially within the technology sector. Lab experience in addition to pharmacy experience a plus.
5 – 7 years with advanced program management knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects of varying size, scope, scale and complexity preferred.
Advanced facilitation skills supporting strategy and roadmap creation and corresponding execution plans.
Demonstrates excellent organizational, project execution, analysis and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and business priorities.
Ability to flex into strategy creation and tactical execution spaces

Responsibilities

Present to and influence C-Suite healthcare executives, including facilitation of meetings and technology demos.
Differentiate logistics management needs of different healthcare profiles and translate use cases to technical teams.
Collaborate across customer, sales, IT, contracting, legal and implementation teams.
Serve as a product expert for logistics management technology and manage a pipeline of customers.
Assist with deal process, contracting, and handoff to IT and implementation teams.
Support Territory Consultants in new channel growth opportunities.
Lead implementation plans for new customers of logistics management technology.
Operate independently with limited supervision while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
