Job summary

QXO is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Seattle to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill roles. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and mentor junior recruiters to uplift the team.

You will drive a positive candidate experience, support diversity initiatives, and help shape the company’s employer brand through events and industry engagement. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with demonstrated success managing diverse and challenging requisitions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring peers or junior team members preferred.
• Experience in hiring security engineers, IT, ERP systems.
• Passion for improving candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.

• Base pay range: $130,000 - $155,000 / year
