QXO is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core services and user experiences powering our commerce platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for millions of users across web and mobile.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of software engineering experience, proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Go, and familiarity with React/Next.js/TypeScript, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), and

What you'll bring:

• Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Go).
• Experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks such as React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience developing and maintaining production systems in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience building commerce, checkout, or personalization systems.
• Familiarity with responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI development.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems or data-driven services.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, recommendation systems, or search technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning tools.

What you'll earn

• Base pay range: $138,000 - $235,000
