• Build consensus across People Analytics and Decision Making owners who rarely agree.
• Forecast demand and align operational capacity accordingly.
• Read a Stakeholder Management dashboard and know which line is lying to you.
• Own the math behind every Technical Recruiter promise made to a customer.
• Walk a hybrid client through renewal terms that keep both sides whole.
• Track project budgets and flag variances before they escalate.
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it.
• Broker tradeoffs when sales, product, and finance want three different things in Vancouver.
