Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a senior technical recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting Production Operations across New Glenn, Engines, Lunar, New Shepard, and Launch Operations. You will identify, interview, and hire top engineers and manufacturing specialists to design, test, manufacture and launch reusable spaceflight systems.

The role requires 8+ years in technical recruiting, strong sourcing, and the ability to influence hiring decisions with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, manufacturing, or IT.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies.
• Develop prospects into candidates; engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
• Coach and develop other Talent Acquisition team members.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders on scoping discussions and candidate debriefs.
• Prepare/search status reports and lead client update meetings on active searches.
• Dive deep into requisitions’ technical requirements and business unit needs.
