Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a high-volume technical recruiting program focused on attracting and hiring top IT and engineering talent.

The role blends strategic sourcing with full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and hire software and robotics engineers and other technical professionals, while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and technology-focused positions.
• Strong sourcing experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through offer.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and Robotics Engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and IT roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive technical talent.
• Recruit for Software and Robotics Engineers and other technical roles.
• Screen candidates and assess against business requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies.
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Provide recruiting updates and market insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS.
