You will source, prescreen, and guide candidates through a smooth interview process, crafting compelling offers and equity packages including ISO options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience or equivalent impact and results.

Responsibilities

• Define talent needs by looking at growth and team structure.
• Source and prescreen candidates; partner with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth, fast interview process and closing strategies for offers.
• Provide candidates with clear information to help their decision-making.
• Build and maintain a strong, proactive recruiting pipeline.
