Qualifications

• 10+ years in legal operations or paralegal work with leadership experience.
• Experience leading legal operations teams and complex workflows.
• Experience supporting governance and securities compliance.
• Experience at a public company or late-stage pre-IPO preferred.

• Oversee entity management across domestic and international jurisdictions.
