Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month remote contract across North America. You will own a full slate of technical requisitions from day one, using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, with no onboarding runway.

The role demands deep sourcing and screening across Python/Go/Java/TypeScript/React, with autonomy to move fast and influence hiring decisions in a cutting-edge health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing 8–12+ concurrent technical requisitions across multiple functions, seniority levels, and geographies.
• Real technical fluency: discuss programming languages, frameworks, and architecture well enough to source, screen, and advise hiring managers credibly.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ concurrent requisitions spanning Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product across markets/geographies.
• Partner with engineering/product leaders to validate role scope and hiring timelines.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, referrals, and Boolean search.
