Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Contractor) to own end-to-end recruitment across Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, and more, globally. You will manage 8–15 active requisitions, partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, and lead interviews and offers.

This is a fully remote role across North America with the Central or Pacific time zones preferred. You will be the candidate advocate, ensure an inclusive, high-quality experience, and help shape Prenuvo’s talent

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting across Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, and other functions.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions (8–15).
• Strong sourcing capabilities including passive and specialist talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to calibrate profiles and drive decisions.
