Responsibilities

• Partner with technical leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future roles.
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics and compensation insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and maintain system hygiene.
• Mentor and support other team members to elevate recruiting performance.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to engage top-tier, passive candidates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align recruiting with company goals.
