Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to lead a full-desk recruitment process for mission-critical roles in Bastrop, TX. You will partner with client groups, screen and source candidates, and guide offers through completion in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong technical recruiting experience, the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, and a track record in high-volume, full life cycle recruitment. Onsite work is required in Bastrop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a recruiter or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 2+ years of SGA recruiting experience
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience with high volume recruiting
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers
• Experience recruiting skilled labor
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing
• Comfort with recruiting data and reporting
• Ability to identify top 5% vs. top 50% of talent

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source candidates.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite visits and attend interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage offer process including background checks and offer letters.
