Job summary

24-MAG LLC is offering a specialised part-time consulting role for experienced technical recruiters and interviewers. You will conduct concise 20-minute interviews, assess senior engineering candidates, and provide structured recommendations to the programme team.

The engagement is remote in the United States, about 10 hours per week, at a rate of $40–$50 per hour, with weekday business hours. Prior experience with evaluation rubrics and clear documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, interviewing, or technical candidate assessment.
• Ability to evaluate senior software engineers and other highly technical professionals.
• Experience conducting structured or competency-based interviews.
• Strong judgement and ability to make evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 20-minute structured interviews with shortlisted technical experts.
• Assess candidates' technical depth, communication skills, and suitability for specialised evaluation work.
• Follow a provided interview framework and evaluation rubric.
• Ask targeted follow-up questions where additional evidence is needed.
• Maintain a professional, structured, and time-efficient interview experience.
• Evaluate senior engineering candidates across specialised technical domains.
• Identify evidence supporting or weakening candidate fit and differentiate depth from familiarity.
• Apply consistent judgement across candidates with different backgrounds.
• Write concise post-interview summaries for the programme team.
• Capture evidence of candidate experience and fit and provide clear recommendations.
