Job summary

Neuron Industries Inc. is seeking a hands-on recruiter to work directly with the founders, turning hiring priorities into top hires across electrical engineering, embedded systems, software, AI, and industrial controls.

You will own the process from first conversations through offers, advising founders on strategy, writing compelling outreach, and moving candidates smoothly through the interview and closing stages.

Qualifications

• Track record of independently sourcing and closing difficult technical searches.
• Evidence of strong outbound recruiting and candidate engagement.
• Curiosity to learn unfamiliar engineering disciplines and judge relevance.
• Ability to advise founders and hiring managers and raise concerns.
• Strong closing skills including compensation discussions and negotiations.
• Reliable execution across multiple searches with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring priorities with founders and hiring managers.
• Lead searches for technical roles across hardware, software, AI, and industrial systems.
• Develop outreach that yields candidate interest and momentum through the process.
• Manage candidate relationships, expectations, and timely communication.
• Lead offers, negotiations, and closing with founders’ input.
• Build and refine recruiting processes, scorecards, and ATS workflows using AI as appropriate.
