Job summary

Epia Neuro seeks a hands-on, full-time recruiter to own the candidate journey from search to close. You’ll partner with COOs and hiring managers across ASIC, electrical, firmware, robotics, software, and quality roles to build our core team for cutting‑edge neurotechnology.

You’ll source passive candidates, design fair interview loops, shape offers, and communicate what we’re building and why it matters. This onsite role is based in Alameda, CA, three days a week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full-cycle recruiting.
• Sourcing and closing across ASIC, electrical, firmware, and robotics.
• Influencing hiring managers on scope, level, and compensation with data.
• Manage many searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Exceptional sourcing of hard-to-reach passive candidates.
• Comfort using recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end searches across ASIC, electrical, firmware, robotics, software, systems, and test engineering, plus clinical, quality, and regulatory roles.
• Source passive candidates using AI tools, communities, and referrals.
• Shape roles with intake, and justify compensation or process changes with data.
• Design structured interview loops with hiring teams for fair evaluation.
• Learn Epia Neuro tech to talk credibly with engineers, clinicians, and regulatory specialists.
• Own the close on every hire, from offers to yes/no decisions.
• Ensure candidates leave with a clear understanding of what we’re building and why it matters.
• Track pipeline health, conversion, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Build templates, interview kits, and hiring manager training as gaps appear.
• Grow Epia’s employer brand via job posts, LinkedIn, conferences and university events.
