AeroVect in New York is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to hire for autonomy, robotics, and hardware talent as we scale. You will help build a world-class team and work closely with founders and engineering leaders to align sourcing with hiring objectives.

You’ll drive a strong pipeline of top candidates, contribute to a superior candidate experience, and use innovative sourcing techniques to attract elite talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing and attracting talent.
• Proven track record sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware).
• Experience with fast-growing startups and scaling teams.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
• Partner with founders and engineering leaders to align hiring objectives and sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (networking, events, marketing).
