AeroVect is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a world-class engineering team focused on autonomy, robotics, and hardware as we scale to serve major airports.

You will source top talent in a competitive market, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract leaders in cutting-edge hardware. This full-time role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and attracting talent.
• Proven track record of recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware).
• Experience with ATS systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and other ATS.
• Experience with fast-growing startups.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
• Partner closely with founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to align hiring objectives and sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent ( networking, events, marketing ).
