AeroVect is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a world-class team in the autonomous hardware space. You will lead sourcing for robotics, autonomy, and hardware roles as AeroVect scales at major airports worldwide.

Collaborate with founders, engineering leaders, and a principal recruiter to drive hiring objectives. Build a strong pipeline and deliver top candidates through creative sourcing methods.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting robotics/autonomy hardware
• Experience with ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
• Experience with fast-growing startups

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, who has experience hiring for autonomy, robotics and hardware talent. In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class team as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports.

You Will

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
• Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).

You Have

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
• Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups

Compensation Range: $120K - $170K
