Job summary

Playlist is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to grow its software teams and shape hiring strategy across engineering. You will partner with engineering leaders to attract exceptional technical talent and build scalable recruitment processes.

You will own full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, develop talent pipelines, leverage data to improve hiring, and champion inclusive practices across the ecosystem at Playlist.

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and technical concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
