Playlist, in partnership with ClassPass and Mindbody, seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact software roles. You’ll partner with engineering and product leaders to craft hiring plans, attract top talent, and shape a human, data-driven candidate experience across time zones.

You’ll champion inclusive hiring, build diverse pipelines, and use funnel metrics to optimize processes while representing our tech org at events and within cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Working knowledge of programming concepts, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in helping us grow the teams behind Playlist (ClassPass, Mindbody)—our flagship software brands supporting wellness businesses worldwide. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional technical talent. From first outreach to final offer, you’ll lead with strategy, empathy, and precision to shape a hiring experience that reflects our values.

Experience You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, especially in software or product-centric environments.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts like programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) and translating data into action.
• Skilled at balancing strategic hiring goals with an excellent candidate experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and influence with care.
• Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity through every stage of the hiring process.
• Comfortable working across time zones and flexible enough to adapt as priorities evolve.
