Playlist is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to grow our engineering and product teams across time zones. You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with leaders at Playlist (and Brand integrations with ClassPass and Mindbody), and create a world-class candidate experience.

You’ll source and hire top technical talent for hard-to-fill roles, use Greenhouse ATS, and align hiring with business goals while championing diversity and equity across every step of the hiring journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts like programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) and translating data into action.
• Skilled at balancing strategic hiring goals with an excellent candidate experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and influence with care.
• Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity through every stage of the hiring process.
• Comfortable working across time zones and flexible enough to adapt as priorities evolve.
