Job summary

Playlist, in partnership with ClassPass and Mindbody, seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact software roles. You’ll partner with engineering and product leaders to craft hiring plans, attract top talent, and shape a human, data-driven candidate experience across time zones.

You’ll champion inclusive hiring, build diverse pipelines, and use funnel metrics to optimize processes while representing our tech org at events and within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Working knowledge of programming concepts, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and translating data into action.
• Balancing strategic hiring goals with a strong candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a collaborative approach.
• Passion for building diverse teams and advancing equity throughout hiring.
• Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, particularly in software engineering and platform development.
• Partner with hiring managers to build thoughtful hiring plans using market insights and talent data.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that is human, honest, and aligned with our mission.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for hard-to-find, high-skill candidates in competitive markets.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve processes and guide stakeholder conversations.
• Represent Playlist at industry events and recruiting touchpoints as a brand ambassador for our tech org.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to align hiring goals with company priorities.
