Job summary

PCI Federal (PCIF) is seeking a senior recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering. The position requires extensive experience in federal contracting and proven ability to build pipelines and collaborate with HR and hiring managers.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards, social platforms, and referrals; coordinating interviews; delivering timely feedback; and supporting federal proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years in full life cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a government contractor.
• Experience supporting federal proposals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in close collaboration with HR and Recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, technical platforms and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in order to evaluate technical skills, experience and fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, updates.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers for submitted candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations and present offers.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates by maintaining relationships with potential hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
