Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Strong relationships with hiring partners and a trusted advisor mindset.
• Experience explaining equity, ownership, and growth to candidates.
• Builder at heart: started initiatives or processes that improved the way things work.
• Able to take feedback quickly and operate with confidence and low ego.
• Clear, warm communication in writing and on calls, with candor about technical opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate talent, and make hiring decisions.
• Clearly and authentically communicate Braintrust's mission and why now to candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting strategy, interview process, and employer brand as we scale.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of top-tier technical talent, including passive candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to understand what's working and where to experiment.
• Provide tight, actionable feedback to leadership on market dynamics and candidate sentiment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruiting operations without sacrificing quality.
