Panthalassa in Portland, Oregon is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and People Operations to build sourcing strategies, assess candidates, coordinate onsite interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical, engineering, and scientific roles.
• Proven success in sourcing and engaging hard-to-find technical talent.
• Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong communicator with a candidate-first mindset and excellent candidate experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Gem.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies via outbound search, referrals, and campaigns.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical ability and cultural fit; guide through interviews.
• Coordinate onsite interviews end-to-end including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-priority roles.
• Collaborate with People Operations and hiring teams to ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform search strategies and hiring decisions.
• Represent the company as a mission-driven ambassador to candidates.
