Job summary

RRC Power and Energy in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build a pipeline of engineering and technical professionals for U.S. and Canada markets. The role involves full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with close partnership to department managers.

You will manage candidate experience, coordinate interviews, and support HR processes across multiple projects, offices, and time zones in a dynamic energy-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across engineering disciplines, offices, or geographic markets.
• Experience onboarding and supporting broader HR functions.
• Experience improving recruiting processes, reporting, employer branding, or workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to identify recruiting needs and develop staffing plans.
• Lead full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for engineering and technical roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across multiple platforms.
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely communication and updates.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support broader HR tasks including onboarding and process improvements.
