Redwire Defense Tech in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and specialized technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop talent strategies that support rapid growth and mission objectives.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing, and technical talent within aerospace, defense, or high-technology industries.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering/technical/manufacturing
• Experience recruiting in aerospace/defense/high-technology industries
• Proficiency with ATS/tools (Jobvite/Paycor/LinkedIn Recruiter) and proactive sourcing

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
• Manage high-volume, high-priority requisitions across multiple stakeholders
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for specialized roles
• Recruit for complex engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations, and corporate positions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting with business objectives
• Lead intake meetings, define candidate profiles, and drive timelines
• Leverage social media, networks, and referrals to attract top talent
• Provide market intelligence, compensation guidance, and a positive candidate experience
• Support scalable recruiting process improvements
