Redwire Defense Tech is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner focused on engineering, manufacturing, and highly specialized technical roles.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and independently manage a full recruiting desk while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience including engineering/technical roles.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-technology industries.
• Proficiency with ATS tools (Jobvite, Paycor, LinkedIn Recruiter) and sourcing tools.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates for niche roles.
• Experience supporting multi-site, geographically dispersed orgs.
• Ability to independently manage full recruiting lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
• Manage a high-volume, high-priority requisition load across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized positions.
• Recruit for complex engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with managers and leaders to align recruiting with business goals.
• Lead intake meetings, profile candidates, plan interviews, and drive timelines.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and networks to attract top talent.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation guidance as an advisor to hiring teams.
• Support process improvements for scalable recruiting practices.
