Redwire Defense Tech is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering, manufacturing, and technical teams. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate with hiring managers to build effective talent strategies that drive growth and workforce objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting engineering and technical talent within aerospace/defense or related high-tech sectors, with a proven ability to build pipelines and deliver hiring results

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years full-cycle recruiting across engineering/technical roles.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or high-technology industries.
• Proficiency with ATS tools such as Jobvite, Paycor, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• History of sourcing passive candidates for niche roles.
• Ability to work across multi-site, high-growth environments.
• Independent lifecycle ownership with strong communication.

• Handle high-volume, high-priority roles with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing strategies to find hard-to-fill candidates.
