Job summary

Salas O'Brien is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support engineering and architecture searches in a fully remote capacity across the United States. You will build proactive talent pipelines, screen engineers and designers, and partner with hiring managers and compensation teams to move searches forward.

You will develop sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, engage passive candidates, and deliver diverse slate recommendations with market context.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of recruiting in technical industries such as AEC, engineering or construction.
• Experience sourcing passive, hard-to-find technical professionals with multiple channels.
• Translate business needs into focused search strategies quickly.
• Strong candidate assessment, relationship management and offer-closing skills.
• Knowledge of credentials like PE, EIT, RA, LEED or ability to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiting HR Account Leader to support team needs.
• Manage full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and geographies.
• Develop sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn and engage passive candidates.
