Job summary

Optiver in the United States, Illinois, seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced technical talent, partnering with engineering leaders to craft hiring strategies, interview processes, and complex offers.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent, ideally in-house and within financial services, technology, or professional services.
Experience recruiting for technical roles in a competitive industry.
Knowledge of talent markets for software and hardware engineers is advantageous.
Consultative approach with ability to influence stakeholders at all seniority levels.
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to design interview processes and lead offers.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights and coaching on hiring best practices.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent and build high-quality pipelines.
Monitor pipeline health with a data-driven approach and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
