Matrix is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in hiring across Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and Software Engineering. This is a highly technical recruiting role requiring strong domain understanding of modern data stacks, ML systems, and engineering workflows.

You will act as a strategic partner to engineering leadership, owning end-to-end hiring for complex technical roles and building long-term pipelines in a competitive market.

Formación

• Must have 5–8+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for Data/ML/Software roles.
• Solid knowledge of data/ML ecosystems and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with technical screening and partnering with engineers leads.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for data, ML, and software roles.
• Write technically accurate job descriptions for advanced data/ML positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and professional communities.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and align on assessment strategies with interviewers.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
