IREN is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to fuel rapid growth of its Cloud Services team in San Francisco. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and related roles in a competitive market.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, advise leadership on market conditions, and manage relocation/visa considerations as needed. This onsite position requires exceptional prioritization in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years full-cycle technical recruiting for cloud and infrastructure roles.
• Experience recruiting for cloud providers or hyperscale environments.
• Own requisitions end-to-end with minimal oversight; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for cloud services, infrastructure, and related functions.
• Partner with Cloud Services leadership to translate hiring plans into pipelines.
• Source, screen, and close technical talent in a competitive market.
• Build talent pools for evolving roles and define future sourcing playbooks.
• Provide market insight on compensation and availability to leaders.
• Drive offers and negotiate for senior technical hires; maintain ATS hygiene.
