Job summary

IREN in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Business Operations Manager to run Cloud Operations & SRE. You will own planning, reporting and cross-functional programs, and you will design and improve the executive support system with a strong automation mindset.

You will manage the VP's calendar, trips and follow-through, track headcount and onboarding, and optimize internal communications and offsites. This role blends operations, automation and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, program management or senior executive support in fast-moving environments.
• AI-native mindset with daily use of AI assistants and agentic tools.
• Hands-on with personal AI agents for calendar, inbox and scheduling.
• Ability to run cadences: agendas, pre-reads and decision logs.
• Comfort building reporting roll-ups and explaining trends to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence for Cloud Operations & SRE including staff meetings and offsites.
• Drive cross-functional programs, track dependencies and escalate risks.
• Build and maintain leadership KPI/SLO roll-ups and dashboards.
• Run goal setting and OKR cycle for the org, drafting and tracking commitments.
• Coordinate invoice management, vendor tracking and payment workflows.
