Chime is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, collaborating with engineering leaders to deliver high-quality searches and a superior candidate experience from first conversation to close.

You will build robust pipelines, drive structured interview processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to streamline hiring. The role includes equity and bonus, with flexible hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles.
• Ability to own searches end-to-end from sourcing to closing.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, languages and stacks.
• Experience sourcing and engaging technical talent through multiple channels.
• Strong communication and candidate management skills.
• Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies including AI recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Deliver a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Work closely with hiring teams to run structured, efficient interview processes.
• Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to ensure progress across searches.
• Partner with recruiting and People teams to support smooth hiring processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with AI-enabled tools.
