Job summary

Beacon AI in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the hiring strategy for Murdock, our in-cockpit AI assistant. You will focus on iOS, robotics, autonomy, and safety-critical engineering roles in a fast-moving environment.

You will partner with engineering leaders, build a robust candidate pipeline, and drive end-to-end hiring outcomes with a trusted, strategic approach. Hybrid role with onsite and remote days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-moving startups.
• Experience recruiting for iOS, robotics, autonomy, embedded, or safety-critical profiles.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate high-quality technical candidates using sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical hiring strategy and execution for Murdock-related engineering roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to refine role requirements and align on hiring decisions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates and build an intentional candidate pipeline.
• Synthesize interview feedback and provide clear hiring recommendations with repeatable processes.
