Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or corporate roles.
• Experience handling multiple requisitions with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Develop pipelines through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and events.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and extend offers.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and support onboarding activities.
• Participate in employer branding and recruiting events and university outreach.
• Build relationships with universities and external talent communities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress and market trends.
