Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to drive critical technical searches across AI/ML and engineering leadership. You will source, assess and close senior engineers, partnering closely with product and tech leaders to raise recruiting quality.

You will build scalable recruiting practices as ActAI scales, and coach a team of recruiters to understand candidates' technical depth beyond simple keywords. This role is pivotal to delivering top-tier technical talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring senior engineers.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering and AI/ML roles.
• Ability to evaluate candidates beyond CV keywords.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders.
• Hands-on approach with urgency.
• Able to coach recruiters to improve sourcing and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority technical searches across AI/ML and engineering.
• Build search strategies and talent maps for scarce technical talent globally.
• Source, engage, assess and close senior candidates.
• Set high standards for candidate assessment and depth over titles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring profiles and interview standards.
