You will shape recruiting strategy, build diverse pipelines, and collaborate with engineering leaders to meet high-growth hiring goals. You will manage a best-in-class candidate experience, analyze recruiting metrics, and drive improvements across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles in technology startups.
• Demonstrated success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area technical and engineering talent landscape.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and platforms (Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies for attracting top-tier engineering talent in a competitive market.
• Own sourcing to build and maintain a robust, diverse pipeline of candidates.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve speed, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Stay attuned to market trends in compensation and talent movement to remain competitive.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback, ensuring clear communication.
• Support onboarding and immigration processes for new hires.
