Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Sr. HR Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs, and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The role involves creating compelling job descriptions, screening candidates, advising hiring partners, negotiating offers, and promoting a culture of inclusion and empowerment. The successful candidate will leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including search engines and recruiting events, to identify outstanding candidates and provide regular updates on hiring progress to leadership and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, business leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent requirements.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including developing job descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, and marketing the organization's talent brand.
• Screen candidates, advise on the recruiting process, and negotiate job offers.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, owning the candidate development process from initial contact through offer and acceptance.
• Collaborate with a team of high-performing recruiters to promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
• Use recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring insights to leadership and HR partners.
• Source high-quality candidates by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting, or a combination thereof.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
• Over 4 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, research, and sourcing.
• More than 2 years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously while strengthening working relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience employing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
• Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.
