Job summary

Pronexus Consulting is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to run end-to-end US IT recruitment on a remote basis with a night shift schedule. The role focuses on understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while coordinating with BDMs and account managers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and a background in IT disciplines. Bachelors/Masters in IT are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interest in IT technologies and US hiring processes.
• Preferred: B.Tech IT, BCA, MCA, B. Tech CSE, BSC IT, B. Com, MBA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and match resumes accordingly.
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Work on W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements.
• Source candidates via Internal Databases, Dice, LinkedIn, job portals.
• Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with BDMs/ Account Managers for roles.
• Negotiate rates and availability with candidates.
• Maintain pipeline and daily submissions.
